Points n\u00e9gatifs: La piscine sup\u00e9rieure est en cours de construction et la piscine thermale na pas besoin d\u00eatre r\u00e9nov\u00e9e. A brand in decline. From the bellhops handling of luggage, to the inaccurate billing, room service left in hallways overnight, non-responsive guest services, all at a premium.
